As part of this commitment, we have established a Customer
Service Policy, to ensure that we understand and meet your
requirements.
It is the policy of Aggregate Industries to deliver value in
construction materials and service for the benefit of customers,
employees and shareholders. A management system has been
established to achieve this.
In order to deliver the Customer Service
Policy, the company shall ensure that:
- Customer requirements are proactively determined, agreed and
satisfied.
- Key performance indicators are established, measured and
reviewed to evaluate satisfaction of customer requirements.
- Objectives are identified, actioned and reviewed periodically
by senior management to ensure that customer service is continually
improved.
- Adequate resources, including facilities for development and
innovation, are provided.
- All personnel involved in customer service are competent and
trained to enable fulfilment of customer requirements.
