Products being used are Fyfestone Silver Premier Textured and Premier Fairfaced, plus several bespoke items, such as quoin blocks and lintels. The development is also using Masterblock concrete blocks.

Regional specification manager for the south-east of England Andy Rich said: “This has been an interesting project for us as there were several complex technical issues to overcome, not least working with health and safety regulations.

“Fyfestone is a nationwide brand of masonry products whose current range offers the designer a wide selection of profiles and finishes for structural building and civil engineering projects where a high quality and aesthetically pleasing choice of materials is required.

“In this particular case, Fyfestone was chosen for the colour and texture of products – plus competitive pricing.”
